Even He Rested on Day 7

Spokane was holding its annual HoopFest his weekend. Over 6000 teams play 3-on-3 basketball in a variety of categories. The highest level play at an ad hoc center court at Riverfront Park. The play and the weather were great. The sausage and the elephant ear (what we call fried dough back east) were equally great.
And what would be a day off without visiting... Can you see it in the pic?
We went to Geni's parents house for Sunday dinner- huge steak, great trimmings, and blueberry pie and ice cream for dessert. Jack showed us all where to sit, and gave us each some chocolate for an extra treat. (Hi, Jack! I wished I could have stayed to play with you and Sam some more. I really liked the game on the truck!)
