Just taking a picture of empty sky won't document the fact that I am finally leaving Montana. So I took a picture of the westbound sign welcoming North Dakotans.
I hope that the missing ''Welcome to North Dakota'' sign isn't a signal to stay out.
They're probably just apathetic. But, of course, putting up a ''North Dakota- Come In If You Want. Whatever'' would be too ironic, so I'm probably right.
