When I rolled into Justine and Gary's, down a long, winding, unpaved road, Gary was cooking up some meat on the grill. I had been hoping that we'd go out for seafood, so I was a little disappointed. Turns out that Gary was only grilling the meat because it was leftover from their weekend in Lake George. So when he said, "We're going out," I knew exactly what I was getting. Cape Neddick has no shortage of seafood places, but it was very busy with tourists. We settled on going to Barnacle Billy's. I ordered lobster, steamers, and chowder. It was all fantastic, and thanks to Gary I learned a lot about how to eat all the parts of a lobster I never had before, including some green goo in the body. It was either the brain or the liver.
